Return Policy
We take great pride in our great selections and excellent values. If your are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with an Exchange or In House Store Credit Only, less shipping & handling charges. Please review the information below.

Returns Policy: Returns must be made 15 days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns must be in unused and original condition with the tags attached. Any removal of tags or opening of pre-packaged (i.e. Hosiery, Stockings,etc.) detachment of panties/thongs/g-strings/hosiery from their matching lingerie item will completely invalidate your eligibility to Exchange or receive to Store Credit for that item.

(Please note: that a Store Credit is an in-house credit that can be used towards a future purchase. A coupon code to be used on a future purchase will be e-mailed you once shoes are received.)
 

Due to the nature of our products, items that have been used or worn CAN NOT be returned for store credit or exchange. Items that are returned without tags and in poor condition will not be accepted for Store Credit or Exchange. Lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment. Items that smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke will not be accepted for return.

Returned goods that have obviously been worn or are damaged are subject to rejection and will be returned to the customer . Any unauthorized returns or returns received after the return period are subject to rejection. All returns are subject to intense inspections, which allows us to insure that the item has not been worn and has not been in contact with the body.


Pre-Packaged items:
Stockings, Hosiery, and any other pre-packaged and sealed items that have been opened and removed from their original packaging are considered worn and used. This includes hosiery that comes attached to a lingerie garment. These items must be in their original unopened package to be eligible for Exchange or Store Credit.
Shoes:

Worn shoes WILL NOT be accepted. If a shoe is deemed defective, we will gladly exchnage the shoe for the exact pair or an in-store credit will be issued towards a future order. Any worn shoe returned will be sent back at the customer’s expense. All returns will be inspected upon return. The sole of the shoes must be in its new and original condition, with no marks, scuffs. The shoe box must also be in its original condition.

Please be sure that the shoe box is in its original condition. Please do not write on, mark up, tape the box or alter the box in any way. Altering the box can void your return or could cause a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from your store credit or exchange. Simply wrap the box in the same manner it was shipped to you, prior to returning the shoes..

Panties/Thongs/G-Strings/Boxers/Pouches, etc...:
For health reasons Federal and State Laws prohibit the return of undergarments such as panties/thongs/g-strings/hosiery/boxers/pouches etc.. and any other panty type garment. This includes multiple piece sets and all costumes that have panties/thongs/g-strings/hosiery/boxers/pouches or hosiery included with them..) Please order carefully. Detaching, opening or wearing of any panties/thongs/g-string/hosiery/boxers/pouches, etc..  that are attached to or included with a lingerie item (i.e. baby dolls, teddies, costumes, chemises, etc) will invalidate your return. The garment is considered worn and used when the panty/thong/g-string/boxer/pouch/hosiery item  is detached from the garment. All items are subject to inspection.
Clearance Items: All Clearance Sale items are Final, Non-Returnable!
How to return or exchange items:

Requests for Store Credit or Exchanges must be submitted via e-mail to customerservice@sinfulshoes.com. An RMA# (Return Authorization Number) will be assigned and e-mailed back to you with instructions.

An RMA# will be e-mailed to you with instructions and a link to the form that is to be filled out and returned with your item/s.

RMA # must be clearly written on the package. Any returns made without an RMA # will be refused and sent back Return to Sender.

RMA #'s are valid for 10 days:
The item/s will need to be received back in our warehouse no more than 10 days from the date of issue of the RMA#. RMA#'s expire 10 days from the date of issue. If the item/s are not received within this time frame, then the RMA# becomes invalid and the store credit/exchange is void.
Restocking Fees: Any orders refused by the customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Store Credit:
Store Credit for items returned within 15 days of receiving your order will be e-mailed to you. Store Credits will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your store credit via e-mail.
Non-Refundable Charges: All shipping or handling fees are not refundable

We retain the right to refuse, for any reason, any order not in compliance with our policies, including but not limited to orders which fail our credit card verification procedures.

Placing an order constitutes your acceptance of all the above policies & procedures.
